 Registration

 If you are interested in registering for LandShark on-line record access:
  
1.   All subscribers must read the current Stearns County Web Portal User Agreement
 
2.   Monthly subscribers must complete and sign a LandShark Monthly Registration – Account Administrator Profile Form
 
3.   Monthly subscribers must return the completed and signed registration form with payment to:

 4.   Occasional subscribers only need to complete the online registration accessible at the bottom of the InfoBox located on the right by activating the red button called, “Register”.

NOTE: Credit/debit card payment is only accepted from occasional subscribers. Credit/debit card payment is not accepted from monthly subscribers at this time. The preferred method of payment for a monthly subscription is by check. This process is currently under review and subject to change. Watch for further announcements.

This application is for use by human users only.  No automated downloading / data mining of information is permitted.

Stearns County IT will be replacing core network hardware LandShark will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 PM, Friday March 22, 2024, until approximately 9:00 AM, Monday March 25, 2024. 

 

LandShark will be unavailable during scheduled system maintenance beginning at 4:00 PM, Friday May 31, 2024 until approximately 9:00 AM, Monday June 3, 2024.

Internet Explorer is no longer supported. The recommended desktop browsers for LandShark users is either Chrome or Edge.

 

Torrens Certificate of Titles are now available, and located in the Search Tab.

 

Occasional Remote Access users may now download images in LandShark by paying with a credit/debit card.  Register as a new user by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.  Once registered, you can use the same User ID and Password in the future; however, you will need to enter new payment information each session (we do not store credit/debit card payment information).  After 90 minutes of inactivity, the session will timeout and your access will end.

To view a document image, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card account information for a payment of $1.00 per page viewed and/or printed at the time of download plus a remote access fee of $5.00.

NOTE:  The initial credit card entry screen indicates a $50.00 pre-authorization hold on your credit card.  The $50.00 hold will change to the amount of purchase within approximately 24 hours.
